I ordered from planetbeauty.com the shipping was way faster than I expected. My stuff showed up quick, and the tracking updated like it was supposed to. I was happy about that, but I do have to say I kept checking it because I hate when tracking gets weird, and I was kind of annoyed that I even felt like I had to keep checking. Still, it got here fast, nothing was missing, and there weren’t any real issues. Just wish online orders didn’t make me keep checking and checking all the time.

I order a few hair products from Planet Beauty and the whole thing was easy. The website was simple to use, and checkout didn’t really give me any problems, which I always appreciate.
My package come quicker than I was expecting, and everything was packed good with no leaks or anything broken. The prices was fair too, so I’d probably shop here again

I liked shopping on planetbeauty.com. It was, uh, simple to find what I was looking for, and the search worked well. Checkout didn’t take forever either, which I appreciated. The pages loaded fine on my phone too. Overall, just an easy site to use with no weird issues.

"Super easy and no stress"
I’ve been using the planetbeauty.com subscription for a few months now and it’s been easy. My skincare stuff just shows up when it’s supposed to, which is nice because I def forget to reorder things until I’m basically out.

I swapped one item one time too and it wasn’t a whole thing, like it was simple to do. Shipping’s been fine for me, everything came packed good, and overall I’m happy with it. I’ll prob keep it going

But they sent me email updates, which really helped reassure me that everything was still moving along. It actually shipped sooner than I expected, and my order arrived with no issues. I stopped into Planet Beauty to pick up shampoo and wasn’t totally sure what I should get, so I asked one of the girls working there for help. She was really nice and didn’t make me feel awkward for not knowing much about the products. I ended up with something that seems to be working well so far.
I’m giving 4 stars mostly because some of the prices felt a little high, at least to me, and the checkout line was kind of slow. But overall, it was a good in-store experience, and I’d probably go back again.

I’ve bought from Planet Beauty a handful of times, mostly when I notice a sale or someone sends me a code. I don’t remember every order, but the promo codes I used went through fine and took a decent amount off. That’s the main reason I keep checking back. Haven’t really had any issues so far.

But once I explained what I was looking for, the staff did seem to know the products really well and helped me narrow things down without making it too complicated. The ordering part was easy too. I’d probably shop here again.
